Privacy Policy

Northwell ("we", "us") builds tools for small teams. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site or product, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using Northwell, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

We collect information you give us directly, and a smaller set of information collected automatically.

• Account details — name, email, and password when you sign up.
• Content you create — projects, messages, and files you add to the product.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and rough session length.
• Device data — browser type, operating system, and IP address.

We use your information to run the product, keep it secure, and improve it over time.

• Provide and maintain your account and its content.
• Respond to support requests and product feedback.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse.
• Understand how the product is used, in aggregate, to guide what we build next.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate usage. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell data to ad networks. You can block cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the product may not work as expected if you do.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• With service providers who host our infrastructure or process payments, under contracts that limit what they can do with it.
• If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• If Northwell is acquired or merges with another company, as part of that transaction — you'll be notified first.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this yourself from your account settings, or email us and we'll handle it directly — usually within a few business days.

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access to what each system needs, and review our infrastructure regularly. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute protection — but we treat this seriously and will tell you if something goes wrong.

Northwell isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

If we make a material change, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let you know by email or an in-product notice before it takes effect.
